Application and Opposability
The present Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: “TC”) govern the relationship between NowRizon SRL, a company incorporated and existing under the laws of Belgium, with registered offices at Rue Defacqz 78, 1060 Brussels (hereinafter “Yoga Room”) and its clients (hereinafter: “Member”).
These TC apply to all services, products, offers, orders, contracts, and invoices rendered or issued by Yoga Room to the Member unless otherwise agreed in writing. Yoga Room is only bound by the conditions set out in these TC and Yoga Room’s General Terms of Use. The application of any other conditions is excluded. This applies in particular to any written or oral communication or negotiation preceding the acceptance of an order.
By purchasing any product or service of Yoga Room, the Member explicitly confirms to have read and accepted the TC without any reservation. Yoga Room reserves the right to modify these TCs at any time, without any prior warning, to comply with the (changing) legal obligations or to improve our service for you. Each time the Member wishes to place an order or book a service with Yoga Room, they must ensure to have read and understood the TC applicable at the time when they agree with Yoga Room.

Waiver and Liability
In attending classes at Yoga Room or accessing our facilities for your training (NowRizon SRL), you agree that neither you, your heirs, assigns, or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against Yoga Room or its members for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
General
● The offers are always non-binding unless otherwise mentioned in writing. Pricing options and formulas may change over time.
● When it comes to online sales, each online purchase by the Member is wholly binding on the Member, but the sale is only final when confirmation has been sent by Yoga Room via email. We advise you to save this confirmation email. Yoga Room reserves the right to refuse each sale without stating any reasons. After receiving the email, an agreement (hereinafter the “Agreement”) is established between Yoga Room and the Member.
● Regarding online sales, Yoga Room will undertake all reasonable measures to ensure the correct presentation of prices of goods and services on the Website. Despite these efforts, it is still possible that certain goods mentioned on the Website are displayed with an incorrect price. If Yoga Room discovers this error in the pricing of the goods ordered by the Member, Yoga Room will inform the Member thereof and offer to continue the sale at the correct price or allow the Member to cancel the sale. We will not process the order of the Member until we receive instructions from the Member. If Yoga Room is incapable of contacting the Member via the contact information provided by the Member when placing the order, we will consider the order to be canceled.
● Yoga Room reserves the right to alter these TC and prices at our discretion. Each time the Member wishes to place an order, they must ensure to have read and understood the TC applicable at the time when they enter into an agreement with Yoga Room. If we make any significant change to this policy, we will provide notice of the changes on this website.
● Fees may increase. Increase in fees applies solely to new passes or drop-in sessions. Regarding membership subscriptions, fee adjustments will only take effect upon automatic renewal, unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing by Yoga Room.
● If purchasing packages require payments to be made in installments, the Member agrees to approve such installments to be made by credit or debit card on the dates predetermined in the services contract. In case of notice of termination, the notice shall be sent by email and shall only be deemed valid after the confirmation receipt has been sent by Yoga Room to the Member. The Member is not entitled to cancel their subscription or obtain a reimbursement hereof, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by both parties.
● It is the responsibility of the Member to ensure there are sufficient funds available to cover the payment. If a payment is declined due to insufficient funds, the transaction will fail. In case of rejected or refused payment, our policy is to reprocess the payment according to the following steps.
○ First, the initial card will be reprocessed.
○ Secondly, if failed, any other card registered under the member’s account will be processed.
○ Thirdly, if failed again or if no other card can be found, the contract will be canceled.
● Yoga Room is in no way responsible for additional bank fees that may be incurred from the Member’s bank.
● It is the member's responsibility to pay for any unpaid participation in a Yoga Room class, workshop, or other event, as well as for access to our facilities outside of these events, classes, and workshops. Yoga Room reserves the right to suspend the member's membership until all unpaid fees are paid.
● It is the responsibility of the member to settle any negative balance or unpaid invoice on their Yoga Room account. Yoga Room reserves the right to suspend the member's membership until the negative balance or unpaid invoices on the member’s Yoga Room account are settled.
● Regarding online sales, the Member will perform their payment obligation by choosing one of the payment methods indicated when placing the order (such as Visa, Mastercard, Bank transfer, …). Regarding offline sales, the Member will perform their payment obligation using the payment methods indicated at the studio (such as Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, etc.).
● Gift cards can be redeemed for access to our facilities, classes, memberships, or products. They cannot be redeemed for cash. ● To register or purchase from the Yoga Room online reservation system and attend regular classes, you must be over eighteen (18). Passes for children's and teenage yoga programs must be purchased by someone over the age of eighteen on behalf of the child or teenager. The same rule applies to free access to our facilities outside of classes and events.
● The Member must ensure that the details provided by them upon registration or at any time are correct and complete.
● Yoga Room Online/TV is not part of the Yoga Room Studios offer.
Studio rules
● Yoga Room is not responsible for any loss, damage or theft of personal property within the studio(s).
● The studio opens 30 minutes before sessions and closes 30 minutes after the last session. Access to the facilities is guaranteed during opening hours, subject to availability and maximum capacity.
● All items found within our studios will be kept in the drawers “Lost and Found” at the desk counter or in the designated studio's “Lost & Found” holder. For items that have not been picked up within a 7-day window,
Yoga Room reserves the right to send the items to a charitable organization.
● Lockers are provided free of charge. These can only be used to store your clothing and other personal belongings while attending a class. Lockers need to be emptied after you have attended class and can in no circumstance be used to store any belongings over the day or overnight. Every item left in a locker for an extended time will be considered lost and transferred to our lost & found.
● No children or pets will be allowed in the studio(s).
● To respect each other’s practice, late entry (after the class starts) is not permitted, and leaving the session early is strongly discouraged. In case of late arrival, Yoga Room reserves the right to refuse entry to the studio(s) and the class will not be refunded.
● For each visit please follow this etiquette:
○ Timing: arrive at least 5-1O minutes before the class to be on your mat when the class starts and be respectful towards teachers and fellow students. In case of a late check-in, your spot may be given to someone on the waiting list.
○ Phones: phones are not allowed in the rooms and lounge area. Leave them in the changing rooms, in your lockers either in silent mode or turned off.
○ Silence: the yoga practice room is a place for practice and meditation. Please be mindful of your fellow students by observing silence in the room before your class starts and during practice time.
○ Clean up: after class, place your props properly in the dedicated storage.
○ All items found in our studios, that are not your own, belong to Yoga Room and are not to be taken home. The taking of studio property can lead to loss of membership
● The Yoga Room owners, managers, teachers, and all employees cannot be held liable for any injury that may have occurred during a class and in the studio. Listen to your body, go at your own pace.
Memberships
● Only Class-Passes can be shared under certain conditions (special offers and promotions). Memberships (unlimited passes and contracts) are nominative and non-transferable. Anyone caught sharing a membership will be denied entry and forfeit their membership permanently without any compensation.
● The Discovery Pass is an introductory offer for new members only. It is available one time. This card allows you to have free access to our facilities and to participate in an unlimited number of classes scheduled in our studios for 30 days. Anyone caught buying a discovery pass under two different accounts will be denied all future entry and charged an administration fee of €25.
● All memberships allow you free access to our facilities and scheduled classes but exclude workshops and other special events.
● The activation date of your pass is the date of the first session booked and not canceled, even if not attended.
● If you purchase your membership on a monthly payment, the activation date will be the date of the purchase.
● Promotional offers can be subjected to specific terms.
● Yoga Room members are entitled to bring guests to the studio if it’s their first time in any Yoga Room Studio. The same guest cannot be invited twice.
● Pricing options and formulas. Yoga Room offers different pricing options and formulas.
○ “Drop-in” grants access to a single session. They are valid for one specific session and cannot be refunded if unattended.
○ “Class Pass” grants access to a limited number of sessions. The number of sessions depends on the pass (e.g. 10-session or 20-session). They are not limited in time.
○ “Auto-renewal Membership XX classes” grants access to a limited number of sessions within one month. The number of sessions depends on the pass (e.g. 8-session, 10-session, or 12-session). Any unused class within the current month will not be carried over to the following month. This contract involves periodic payments.
○ “Auto-renewal Membership Unlimited” grants access to an unlimited number of sessions within one month. It involves periodic payments. ○ “Membership single payment” grants access to an unlimited number of sessions during the period of the pass. The payment is made in one installment and the subscription does not renew at its end.
● In addition, Yoga Room may offer tailor-made solutions for which pricing will not be available on the website but will be communicated by Yoga Room directly to the client.
Booking Policy
● Payment for all classes must be received before the scheduled class date to ensure your spot.
● Classes must be booked in advance. Classes are available for online booking starting from 3 days before the class.
○ “Reserve” allows you to book a class.
○ “Add to Waitlist” allows you to put your name on the waiting list in case the class is fully booked.
● A notification will be sent to you by email once you are confirmed (if you activate this setting in your Yoga Room profile). You are confirmed at the session if (i) you booked a spot, or if (ii) after registration on the waitlist a spot becomes available for you.
● Your reserved spot is valid until 5 minutes before the class starts. Confirmed members are required to check in at the front desk by the 5-minute mark mentioned above. After that, your reservation is open to cancellation, and any spots left will be offered to members waiting at the front desk.
Cancellation Policy
● If you can’t attend your scheduled class, please cancel your spot to make your place available to others.
● Cancellations must be made via the online booking system or mobile app at least 3 hours before the class start time.
● Cancellations will not be accepted via phone or email.
● Yoga Room insists that being on a waiting list for a session is a commitment to joining that session. If a spot becomes available up until just before the class, you will automatically be added to the class and notified via email and notification (if you activated them on your profile). If you are waiting for a spot but have changed your plans or can’t make it to the session, you must remove yourself from the waitlist on time, otherwise, you run the risk of being automatically added to the class (up to 15 minutes before) and losing your credit if you can no longer make it to class.
● Your status will be marked with a “late cancel” or a “no-show” in these cases:
○ Late cancel: if you were booked in a class (directly or from the waiting list) and canceled less than 3 hours before the class start-time
○ No-show: if you were booked in a class but didn’t attend nor cancel.
○ Late cancellations and no-shows will not be reimbursed and are not subject to a refund.
● For every unlimited membership:
○ From your third late cancellation (and any late cancellation afterwise) within 30 days: a €5 penalty fee per late cancellation will be added to your Yoga Room account. It will be charged to your payment method on file.
○ For any no-show a penalty of 10€ will be added to your Yoga Room account. It will be charged to your payment method on file.
○ If the penalty fees cannot be charged, the following measures will be applied: Yoga Room reserves the right to cancel all your future scheduled classes. Your online booking privileges will be suspended as long as the fee(s) remains unpaid.
○ Even if online booking is suspended and in debt with unpaid fees, your unlimited membership remains valid and the Member can attend classes only via registering at the desk at least 15 minutes before the class start time and if there are available spots.
● Class Pass and limited monthly subscription holders will have one class deducted from their class pass or limited monthly subscription in case of late cancellation or a no-show.
● Workshops need to be canceled 48 hours before the class. In case of a no-show or a late cancellation, it will be charged. If canceled 48 hours prior, the amount will be refunded as a credit to your Yoga Room account.
● Cancellations must be made via the online booking system or mobile app. Cancellations will not be accepted via phone or email.
Suspension Policy
● Suspension is not an option.

Refund Policy
● The only case the Member can exercise their right of withdrawal would be if the purchase happened online, within the previous 14 days. And only if the pass has not been used.
● To exercise their withdrawal right, the Member must inform Yoga Room about their intention to withdraw from the Agreement by email before the withdrawal period has expired.
● In all the other cases, purchases at the Yoga Room are final. ● Yoga Room does not offer refunds on services or products for change of mind, injury, illness, change of address, or any other reason.
● For any refund a fee of 25% of the remaining value due will be charged, with a minimum refund of 50€.
Privacy & Security Policy
● Information published on this website is provided for the use of its visitors and you are advised that, although care has been taken to ensure technical and factual accuracy, some errors may occur. No guarantee is given of the accuracy or completeness of information on these pages.
● Please be aware that Yoga Room may alter the information on its website from time to time.
● Yoga Room shall have no liability arising from the use by any party of the information on this website.
● Yoga Room does not guarantee that the website, its content, or hypertext links are virus-free or uncontaminated. It is recommended to make your virus checks and to implement your precautions in this regard. Yoga Room excludes all liability for contamination or damage caused by any virus or electronic transmission.
● Commitment to Data Security.
● Your personally identifiable information is kept secure.
● Only authorized employees, agents, and contractors (who have agreed to keep information secure and confidential) have access to this information. ● All emails and newsletters from our sites allow you to opt out of further mailings.
● Yoga Room will never sell trade, rent, exchange, or otherwise share your personal information with any other person, company, or organization.
